hold onto their foliage throughout the year. They tend to be low growing and many have a spreading or mound-forming habit making them ideal for the front of a border or patio pots.
Depending on the variety, flowers are produced from March through to May, smothering the foliage and providing a riot of colour. They will grow successfully in sun or partial shade.
